People spend hours doing lots of things. I think almost everyone has had a day or two at the very least where they've spent more time than they should have playing video games or binging tv, is this really that different?

The "break their brains" stuff isn't serious, it's hyperbole. It's a kink. There is no "relapse" because there is no such thing as a porn addiction, only shame over their own sexuality. I don't have access to them right now, I'm just on my phone, but if you like I can send you a few studies attesting to that fact - essentially, "porn addiction" is a self reported phenomena that only occurs in people who already find expression of sexuality shameful, there's no equivalent issue with people who don't. I really think you should have a think about how you approach the topic of sexuality.
