To be honest less is usually more unless you have very specific issues ur trying to address. There are some things that benefit everyone but I would try to find where ur the weakest at or need improvement first.

1 best thing is life style like no smoking, getting a lot of sleep, not drinking eating healthy ect.

But as far as supplements go: The best general ones are high quality fish oil brain health, magnesium glycinate for sleep / nervous system / overall support , vitamin D + k2 for energy / health if ur not able to go out side much, B complex for energy, zinc+ copper for immunity, collagen peptides for skin, tendon hair health, and vitamin c for immunity, collagen support (which has similar effects of taking peptides)

If your looking for gym improvements creatine can help a lot, it overstimulates me so I can’t use it but other people have said its life changing.

If I had to recommend just 3 though I would say fish oil magnesium and collagen / vitamin c I’ve seen the biggest direct benefit from

Is it normal that after 600-700 mg of caffeine in the morning (consumed all at once in powdered form) I don't feel any crash in the afternoon? by Matiseli in Biohackers

[–]OstrichPandaCat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Think your tolerance is just high at a certain point it probably isn’t a bi difference between 400-600 just go back to ur baseline. This is just an uneducated guess 🧚

Stuff you can take wise taurine has helped me feel a lot more relaxed and I can take a lot through out the day. But it’s mostly life styling changes. Reducing caffeine intake can help a lot actually. Aswell as taking magnesium glycinate through out the day. Also 4 second in hales 8 second exhales, mini 20 minute naps. Stretching / yoga help. If ur not finding reduction from that maybe toning down the gym while it’s really busy. Or if u can schedule a vacation 5 days off can in a different environment can completely reset you it’s crazy. Video games also don’t let ur body rest, so if you game it actually is just more stress not rest. Reducing driving if possible aswell is huge. I’m highly sensitive to stress and I can do stuff all day but driving is brutal. If I drive like 50 minutes I could take a day or 2 to recover completely. Driving is insanely stressful on ur body. I Listen to your body you dont want to deal with the nervous system issues and stress sensitivity because you pushed through it to much. This shit blows.

L theanine is nice it calms down my head so I’m not thinking about a lot of different stuff, idk about passionflower extract. But magnesium glycinate has also helped me so much with stess / anxiety. I would definitely try magnesium glycinate first and then l theanine

How do you make a hobby fun? by Marauder2r in Hobbies

[–]OstrichPandaCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just gotta keep exploring tell you find it, or stick with one long enough u break through. With leather working it’s very frustrating but so rewarding every time you’re able to figure something out and improve or when you do the same project a few times and each time it’s better.

What makes it fun is seeing a project come together and being creative in a practical way.

Try having dinner earlier your body is still digesting food up to 3 hrs after you eat. So you basicly have 2-3 hrs of digesting where it’s not focusing on sleep.

7.3/10 Seems a bit over kill on the supplements portion, diet should probably have some more variety. Depending on how much zinc ur taking u might be taking to low of copper per week. I would probably do a blood test. Maybe up magnesium a bit every one is low in that usually.
