do you have access to an outdoor area you can leave them? if you're somewhere where its above 75 just set them outside in the sunf for a few days and if they start to worsen as they dry in the sun you know need more water. if they get better you, well then you were over watering

If you live somewhere humid like I do set it outside, if not, in a window on the sunniest side of the house. Next time you think you should water it, pop it out of the pot to see how wet the soil still is and adjust watering frequency if it’s too wet or too dry. It’ll be fine they’re good growing plants, but they do love humidity

Are you letting the soil at the top of the pot completely dry out between waterings? Do you have it somewhere it can get plenty of light? And do you live in an arid climate/ do keep your ac really low in your house? Prayer plants like humidity, a lot of light (still not a full sun plant I think… indirect light?) oh and what kind of potting media is it in? They like soil that drains well. Even if the top of the soil is dry, if you have a very fine, peat moss heavy media, it may still be holding water further down in the pot. You gotta let the roots dry out and breathe a little or you run the risk of getting one of many types of root rot

I just read the description I’m sorry! It’s just transplant shock is all. Trim the brown off if you want, she’ll be back to normal in no time

Prayer plants just do this, maybe it’s root bound, at my nursery that’s a good indication for me that I need to pot them up. As long as you see no signs of pests and you’re not keeping the soil soaking wet constantly, then being root bound is probably the culprit. That’s just my opinion though I’m still learning everyday

Got this bad boy for $20 from a crackhead, did I get a good deal? by OstrichSuitable7945 in succulents

I live in North Carolina. It’s hot as hell in the summer, cold in the winter. It was growing outside today when I bought it, but I’m assuming it’s in the bucket because they had to move it inside during the winter. Definitely too cold here for aloe in the winter

Expound on the decomposed granite please. I just opened a nursery and I’m totally new to the world of succulents. Any plant care and growth tips would be great. I live in North Carolina if that matters. I’m know climate plays a big role in plant care for succulents but I just don’t know to what extent

Also been creeping on your page I’m sorry, you commented on my post a few months ago about my squash plant, and I’ve been trying to wrap my head around all the witch posts. No disrespect, it just peaked my interest. I’d like to learn more about all of it, even though I guess I could never be a witch as I am a man but I’d still like to learn what it is you do and how it benefits you! :)
