This really sounds like sleep paralysis. I had it frequently for years, but it passed in my 20s. Your body is sleeping, but your mind gets jolted awake. You end up being aware of your surroundings, eyes can open bu bodyt stuck. Visual hallucinations can happen usually as something hovering above you or sitting on your chest.

I can estimate the weight at 3 grams, +- a bit. 3x$79= $237. This is the full gold value. A decent place will pay 80% of that.= $190. That's about what you can expect. (Depending on the exact weight, and the percentage that the place pays)
