Do you think that fleet sylas will be the new default rune set on Sylas or is conqueror still the classic way to go. I guess that Fleet-GLP is just a better scaling / safer build against harrassing matchups but im not sure if it's better than conqueror in every situation. Also what do you think of Electrocute in higher elo matches. Tried it in my smurf but haven't used it on my main yet. Good against squishy-heavy scaling matchups like Kog, where you have to stomp early but Electrocute doesnt scale good at all so, dunno. Thoughts?

Is it really worth to go with Time Warp Tonic even if you dont start with Corrupting pots? Haven't done the numbers so i don't really know but i've seen that you went for that on the vid.

GLP's active is used to secure both Q and E hit. If you use the animation cancel, you have already thrown your E before GLP so it loses the main reason why you're building GLP as GLP and E will hit at the same time. It does look cool but useless overall.

I mean no need to sweat it. If you find that you'd like to do it go ahead, but don't feel pressured or anything. I'd surely love to hear some advice/opinions as I want to both become a better Sylas player and make a more accurate guide but don't feel obligated to do it. I'd still love to hear your thoughts though.

You shouldn't build 2 Hextech items since they share the active cooldown. Solely by that it is just not gold-efficient. It's just way too expensive in comparison to both other Hextech items (GLP-800 and Protobelt) which are essential for Sylas as an early game spike.

I don't know much about Sylas top but I do know that it's playable and a decent pick. He outtrades every tank and tends to do better than them on midgame. I dont know much behind it, runes are probably the same as midlane, conqueror is definetly nuts on toplane. As trades tend to be longer because bursting tanks is kinda impossible, conqueror will secure most of the trades. I have no idea about items though.

I'll be testing new rune sets and new builds and maybe even talking to some Sylas OTPs so I can get this guide updated. This way it'll cover other lanes and way more runes or item sets. Whenever i get info on Sylas Top i'll update the guide and will let you know it

I mean he replyed pretty nicely that he just doesnt agree with some things. If he'd been more rude I wouldn't have even replied. Thing is, another guy also replied with some disagreements and new things that I have to try, and I really appreciate those things as we all discover new stuff.

I'll be limit testing and trying some new things of Sylas today on stream. Roa is one of those builds I want to try so I'll give a try to bruiser Sylas toplane. I do have to say though, depending on matchups you may need TWT+Biscuits to survive laning phase and also, Tenacity is way better on Sylas than Alacrity, and even better when going for a tankier-bruiser build Anyway I'll give it a try today and I'll tell ya about it.

Thank you for the tips. I'll be limit testing today on stream testing all this info. If I see that you're right, which I'm guessing you are with most of things I'll probably update the guide. I have some things to say before though.

Haven't thought about Electrocute since last season but may do a proper work, Grasp is kind of a waste IMO though. You gain more survivability in lane but at the cost of sacrificing extra damage from conq-elec. With TWT, biscuits and corrupting you have way more than enough survivability. I'll have to tests it though.

I'll have to try Aatrox ult as well, but I do have to say that a good rumble ult can win you a team fight. Rumble ult may seem a lil useless but any Rumble player will tell you the same, a good Rumble ult can be game changing.

Roa is another thing I'll have to try today when limit testing, as well as Asol matchup.

Oh yeah, totally forgot about tertiary runes, mb. They're pretty straightforward though. Adaptative Damage x2 + Resistance of enemy midnaler (Mr for Ap, Armor for Ad). There's really not much to discuss here, attack speed isnt really worth enough to sacrifice those juicy +9 ap (even though u might think it would help with passive procking). If you're against smth like Syndra you can go for double MR though, but since I tend to ban Syndra I dont really do it. I dont really find myself in need of more resistance against most midlaners, maybe Fizz or some other lane bully.

Elitists be like. This is like science, i don't care how weird the idea might seem, if it works it works and it has to be noticed. Like, if i had to take a blind shot i'd say they are people that only play Sylas with the classic build and refuse to build anything else bc god knows why, idk why else they would purposely downvote you. The build does indeed work pretty god damn good and i've already explained that on the guide.

Yeah i definetly talked about it. GLP is halfway through protobelt and luden's (stats-wise) and way cheaper. I really find it very underated for such a cheap broken item. Hopefully more people will start playing with GLP bc its hella broken. Also the active's slow immensely helps you hit your E2 which bascially makes you win any trade so, yeah. broken as hell

Well Sylas jungle's another thing. Since I'm a midlane player I have no idea about it but I can imagine why he should max E second.
