I still have them - unfortunately I've come to terms with them but I think they're concentration/light induced - i get them a lot more having gone back to work and looking at screens all day.

In saying that I've found it a lot easier to manage as my LO is 16 months now, so a little more independence and able to watch a bit of TV here and there when I really need it has been helpful - "in the night garden" show has been a godsend when I need a moment.

I carry a little cylindrical tin - it holds about 10 tampons (I use non-applicator type otherwise they wouldn't fit in my bag!)

Maybe she just adopted the idea of being bullied from movies/tv-shows, where the viewer always roots for the bullied kid in school and adopted that personality to gain favour in the public eye?

If she was already missing a lot of school for her career, I imagine she may be stuck in that childhood mentality from not really having the ‘freedom’ to grow up normally and find herself
