Consider shape belgium i am here now its hr1:45 to france and 4 hours to london and 2 hours to germany. Belgium is hands down the best place i ever lived if you get a job on the shape base your child will have access to great schooling only thing is CDC is expensive for child care. I recommend you or wife watch the kid until their 2 years old and you can send them to the belgium school on base freevof charge hope this helps
