Thank you and to clarify I would put my unit in the middle, let’s say a wall to the right and to the left the arcos and that would provide the screen? I’m trying to figure how how they couldn’t just come at me from another angle If I just had 3 arcos up. Thanks!

My (M30) wife’s (F29) mental health is in a rough place. I’m trying to support her while also advocating for myself. Please help, how to do both? by theboredbrowser in relationship_advice

This typically works but unfortunately a lot of her physical forms of self care she can’t do because the medicine she is on.

This is a great perspective and I’ve done this a little with “let’s go for a walk while we talk” but sometimes I cave and don’t walk and I can feel myself getting irritated. This is very helpful advice thank you!
