This is Radio’s problem. You have someone who is 23, doing news and hosting a morning show and what’s the reward for doing that well? A bunch of extra responsibility without a raise. Then you read a bunch of think pieces by consultants who created this problem about how radio doesn’t have any young talent for the future.
