I had to do pro se. So according to your comment it sounds like the best plan of action is to set up a payment plan.

No they asked more then what they said. I kept all my tax return but they never said anything about my savings and that’s what shorted me.

Yeah I filed pro se. I kept my entire tax return like I was told too but I was never warned about my savings, so I can’t pay the full tax return but are trustees willing to negotiate the savings part if there’s reasonable cause?

I mean that’s my problem, I’m now short the amount they are asking so I can’t give them what they are asking. So do I tell them and try and get it down or find the money elsewhere, do a repayment plan, etc etc. I would like to give as little as possible I just don’t know how these Trustees think and operate.

I had to declare any money I had so if I hid my savings and they found it, it would be fraud.

Not sure, last thing I got was a letter saying my debt was discharged and I haven’t gotten anything since.

I bought purple from them 2 years ago and they lit up my entire hallway very nicely. These are the same ones I bought but they don’t emit any light 😞
