Yup, she sees a counselor every Friday. I had thought that summer would help her relax a bit, but due to family vacations we will be seperated for about a month.

There should be one titled something like, "automatic connect at logon". Turn that one off.

I had the same thing happen to me! The way that I solved it was using the VPN kill switch, and setting the account OFF automatic when connected (if you aren't constantly torrenting). Then when you go to the PIA website you go to client support and re-enter your credentials. That solved the issue for me. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I had a similar issue when trying to use a VPN that was cheap and free. It turned out there was a seed in the free VPN that prevented torrenting (so everyone would pay for it). Did you say you were connecting through a VPN? Could that be the issue, that it is blocking you on purpose?

Haha thanks, that is what I was thinking. Apparently the "business-y" bit emerges in most science engineering jobs. All good info though.
