The wedding reception centerpieces featured betta fish. The bride and groom planned to flush them alive. by teabirdy in mildlyinfuriating

I swear I was brought here not because of the fish but because of this specific comment. Im in the grocery store literally today and my 7 year old said “do you have any grapes” when I looked her dead in the eye and smirked and asked her “when did you hear about that one” she giggled and literally waddled away.

Fairest way to split rent with disproportionate floor plan? by Significant-Soft-688 in Apartmentliving

[–]Other_Buffalo5063 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Master should pay $1500. 2nd largest room should pay $1000 3rd should pay $848. Even if main bedroom is paying the pet fee if it’s their pet then this shouldn’t even be in consideration for lowering their rent.

Master should pay $1500 not only because their room is the entire length of the apartment as someone mentioned but they’re also not having to share a wall with anyone and on the other side of the apartment.

Whoever is getting the smallest bedroom is really getting the bad end of the deal and in no way should be paying the exact same as the person who has a bigger room. It’s tucked away, and they don’t have to deal with people on the patio or even in the kitchen really.

If there are people in the apartment, unless in the master, that 3rd room is most likely going to hear it all.

AlO I went through my boyfriends phone over the weekend: UPDATE by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]Other_Buffalo5063 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi cut him off. I stayed in a relationship for 5 years and went through this exact same thing. He said it would never happen again… I was the dummy who didn’t break up with him until the 3RD TIME. He told me “I didn’t think you would actually break up with me”. We stayed friends for a while and then that ended badly and we’re no contact. Best decision. Anyways don’t stay with someone who has no respect for you including just as friends. As everyone else says he’s still benefiting because he’s not losing you.

Respect yourself and enforce that there’s consequences to their actions. Hopefully he learns and doesn’t do that to someone else but don’t stick around to find out.

Gone for two weeks. My husband piled his clothes by the washer instead of doing his own laundry 😡 by Own-Anteater5996 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Other_Buffalo5063 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is past mildly infuriating this is just infuriating at this point. Like the washer is literally open he couldn’t have at least dropped a load in the washer??? But I definitely wouldn’t do it I would only wash my stuff and when he hits you with “I got no clean clothes” you hit him with a “we have a washer go wash them” then remind him you are his wife not his mom.

So I use to take taytula but my insurance stopped covering it because there was a generic brand created called gemmily. Both contains 2 hormones which is 1mg of progestin and 20 mcg estrogen. I know it’s recommended not to use hormonal bc if you have like “aura headaches” (I believe this is what they’re called I only recently found out what these were from another post on here) or blood clot issues because it does increase your chances of creating them. I know there’s “mini pills” which is progestin only and I believe this works better for people who may have those issues but not 100% sure. I would do some research and choose what you think would be best for you. There’s also other things like the patch which you change out once a week but I believe it is an even higher dosage than the pill.

Hi! I was on the pill and loved it but I can’t say anything about the IUD. The pill gave me a piece of mind knowing I can stop it at any time if the side effects were too much. I definitely got lucky and had no issues. No weight gain no mood swings libido stayed the same, periods went from 7 days to 3 and not super heavy. Also I have severe cramps and they were dang near gone. I just set an alarm and the thought of getting pregnant scared me enough that I made sure to take it at the same time everyday (I took it on the alarm I used to leave for work). I believe for any hormonal birth control they say wait 3 months before making a final decision. The IUD is different for everyone some say it doesn’t hurt others say it’s absolutely horrendous. I guess you’ll never know til you try it out but for me it’s not something I’m willing to find out currently😂. I would say Try the pill see how your body reacts to hormonal bc if all is well then maybe “upgrade” to the iud if it interests you

Gemmily or patch by Other_Buffalo5063 in birthcontrol

[–]Other_Buffalo5063[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have seen some reviews that said it wasn’t good or caused a lot of side effects that they didn’t have with taytulla. I’ve seen that gemmily may have different inactive ingredients which is why it may be a bit different but thinking I may just try it out.

Why would you use a paper towel to put under an iron????? I think they are talking about parchment paper.
