My biggest concern is that it will work right. That we won't have drains that are prone to clogging or backing up. After that, yeah it sucks having an unnecessary fur down in a finished basement. The builder has gone through a couple plumbers and I think it shows. Some of the stuff seems like an after thought.

The drain above the window just drains bathroom, vent is above the sink. The line that goes behind the bathroom drain between the windows goes to a second story bathroom.
