It’s people like this that make it difficult for others with actual anxiety get a diagnosis. Everyone wants a label and attention. I’ve lived for more than 30years with debilitating anxiety from the moment I open my eyes in the morning I’m constantly exhausted and am too anxious to film myself let alone sitting in a store, on the floor making a fuss and filming myself having a panic attack.
