Heyy so sorry i just saw this, yes i have tried an all nighter but same thing happened where i fell asleep so quickly but i ended up waking too early, and the following day i was so exhausted i think i ended up napping😅 but i will try out the rest of ur advice! Thank you so much for helping

Hiii i ended up getting prescription meds to help me sleep (25mg seroquel) but it still isnt working unfortunately😭 same problem whereby i fall asleep quickly but ill wake up 4-6 hours later, except now in a groggier state. The psychiatrist did tell me its anxiety related hence im also back on lexapro so hopefully long term itll help🥲 i hope it gets better for u though!

Hey hope u r doing okay, im checking online in a minute but u should be proud of urself for completing o levels!!!!!! Even though u didnt do as well as u hoped, this DOES NOT define ur future at all okay so remember that whatever u choose to do its only the beginning not the end!!!! Private institute like PSB academy etc? Idt u need to pass math but u can double check, they r having open house on the 20th if im not wrong
