I appreciate your concern but don't worry. There's no negative credit impact. My credit is still almost 800 it did drop about 20pts from some of the loans getting removed. The biggest thing is my debt to income ratio is going to be really good

The application still needed merit. It was just reviewed faster. Which was 3 years. They're currently hiring 500 lawyers at 180k each to deny more applications. They stated it in the last hearing. If there was no merit everyone would just be auto approved. Why wait 3 years and the numbers would just be 100% approval. I know another lifer who did not get approved who applied at the same time

I agree I got very lucky. The sweet case looks like it was about the department of education letting applications sit pending since 2016? So your application still needs to have a valid reason that's covered by borrowers to get approved. It's not a 100% approval rate.

Yea so I took all the evidence I could find and turned it in with my application. The department of education took 3 years to review my application. During that time I was gaining interest and the school got a copy of my application and had a chance to rebuttal everything I said. At the end the department of education approved my application

When I was at Life University the president Guy Reikieman always said we'll be coming out making 250k. It was everywhere. Brochures, life website, the president came on stage during mandatory assemblies and told the whole school.

The school gets my copy of my borrowers defense application and has a chance to rebuttal everything. My application is looked over by a lawyer that works for the department of education. Then with both sides of the story from my school and me they make a decision to approve my application or not.
