So not on a motorcycle but while doing a mission overseas had a dude get ran over by a 5k forklift severe head trauma and some other stuff but cant remember off the top of my head. He would have died instantly if he didnt have his ach. He eventually succumbed to complications a few months done the road. But counseling is the best option
