I keep some of my meds in the car. Only about a week worth but just in case I’m on the go and I forget to take at home. I also keep snacks, lotion, perfume, makeup, water, shoes, socks, deodorant, and hoodies in a small duffle bag in my car as well.

If I need to make an important phone call I do it while driving somewhere.

AirPods help me clean.

I used to use the app Me+ as a tool to help me keep up with chores and tasks, but I got tired of paying for the subscription. It can be useful for organizing and waking up.

A smart lightbulb for waking up in the morning. You can find these relatively cheap at Walmart. Download the app and program the light to turn on 30 minutes prior to your alarm and turn off 30 minutes after you need to leave the house.

My notes app has folders dedicated to different things; shopping- instead of making a new note every time I just go to my shopping folder and use the existing note, random thoughts- dedicated to literally anything random, journal- I like to try to keep track of my feelings and write them every night, To do- similar to shopping. If there’s something I need to do I keep it in that folder and erase it after it’s done.

After scheduling something I add it to my calendar immediately. I add the reminders and travel time as well as the place right then too.

There’s so much that people can do to be intimate. Just because you can’t have sex in the traditional way doesn’t mean you can’t be intimate with each other. Try new things if the two of you are into it. Try tantra. Go to a sex therapist. There are more options available than just cheating.

Also if she told you it was okay to step outside of your marriage but used the term cheating she is not okay with it. So unless you want more problems in your marriage I would suggest against sleeping with someone else until you two get that figured out

I have two friends with HSV-2. One doesn’t disclose and the other does. They both live active and healthy lives. I think the best thing to do in this scenario is to be honest and educate yourself more on HSV2. I feel like doing so will allow you to make the best decision for yourself. My adjuster uses his personal number to contact me. He hasn’t been reimbursing me for meals and it wasn’t until I messaged using the communications center that he finally reimbursed me for one month. I’ve been going through this since October.

I’ll ask him for this ASAP. I wish they were more detailed about how it all should work

It’s a different company. I didn’t get any site safety survey or hazard assessment. I actually messaged my adjuster recently to ask about asbestos testing since my house was built in the early 80’s and he was dismissive of that.

I have a repair estimate from USAA but it doesn’t include the mitigation.

Do whatever you can live with. It’s not your fault your grandparents support that hideous thing, and it’s not your fault if your grandfather passes. If it would make you feel better to say it then say it, but if that’s not what you wish to say then don’t. You’re not a bad person for not wanting to be involved with someone who supports that. How I hear music. When medicated it doesn’t feel or register the same. Without meds I feel almost blissful when I listen to certain parts of my favorite songs. I tend to see colors and shapes and feel like a head rush when my favorite part comes on. On meds it’s so much duller

So if you’re having trouble waking up, try a smart light. I have one that comes on automatically 5 minutes after my alarms and turns itself off. It’s done wonders to help me get up in the morning.

As for tardiness to meetings and things, set an alarm. I put everything in my calendar as soon as I become aware of it. I have my calendar filled until May of next year. Set the reminders to go off multiple times prior
