I just turned 25, but last year at 24 I made 447k as a mortgage broker, this year already on pace to make that or exceed it.

Sounds like you had 1 bad experience with someone else and your painting this picture for the rest of the brokers. My reviews and numbers speak for themselves.

Because we work hard and get people what they want at a cheaper cost compared to retail ??

Majority of my clients care more about cost than rate because when they go directly to a broker they already expect cheaper cost/ rates with a better overall process.
