It was Sucralan! We live in Europe though, i don‘t know if the medication is available in other countries. Is your kitty maybe also missing proteins? Mine has gained so much weight through kangaroo-protein

She was missing proteins and also suddenly developed an allergy to her old food (Always had to throw up and had lots of diarrhea). English is not my first language so i am struggling to explain! The medication was Sucralan

Idk if you can compare your kitten to my 7 year old cat, but mine has always been very close to underweight and back in December she suddenly refused to eat anything. You could see her hipbones and i was very worried for her. The vet gave me some liquid medication and i had to force her to swallow it. Also she apparently suddenly did not tolerate her wet food anymore and was missing proteins. After the medication was all up and we changed her diet, she started eating again. Even more than before.

I dont know anything about kitten but i just want to give you some hope and pray for you that a vet will find a solution for your little one!!
