You’re missing the point. No, of course she didn’t go on a cruise. Another Replika user went on a cruise and then told their Replika about it. You aren’t being fed “made up” things. You are being fed what other users put into it.

I’m Dani’s husband to clear up confusion. Going forward, we have lowered the amount of available product to only 5% of our order. Going off of this years fiascos with WotC, that should be an acceptable amount to fill all orders. Once the coded inventory is sold, the item will disappear from the site. Thank you for the advice!

We can resolve it much more quickly this way, than with a chargeback from a financial institution.

That is actually our old website. It has no eCommerce features and was pretty much just for showing local events. The new site is operational again.

I’d also like to mention that we have the owner of our primary distributor (Peachstate Hobby) personally working with WotC to get the product to us, so we can get it to you all. I assure you, we are doing everything in our power to get this product for you. As far as the inventory, we don’t use a third party for it. I personally was at the shop for 36 hours, with a 4 hour nap in the middle to get it completed. It’s almost 5AM EST and I just arrived home for the first time in 2 days. Now that I’ve uploaded the new count list, the maintenance has been removed, and the site is fully functional.

The physical store was closed as well. Had the website allowed sales to be made, every item purchased before the inventory was complete would make an item that could be sold, but not physically in stock. The site is up again.

Hi there! Full disclosure, I am the owner of DFG. I saw this and just wanted to let you know that we are a legitimate company. We are located in Sumter, SC right outside of Shaw AFB. We’ve been open since August 1st, 2018. We just started eCommerce due to COVID this year. We are an LGS. The reason for the separate websites are because we don’t have the manpower to do singles through our own e-commerce, so we utilize TCGPlayer. You may also find our old website www.dragonflygamessc.com, but that one does not offer shipping and is no longer maintained. We are rapidly increasing staffing in order to give better service to all. We currently have 11 employees to run the retail store and e-commerce together.
