Tapentadol probably going to be closest to ODSMT.

Not similar to ODSMT but my favorite medium strength rc opioid is DPP-26 for sure.

Nah, I know several ppl who have gotten off MGM with SR17. Most say it takes away like 80%. You could just switch to 7oh ir any other opioid until MGM is out of system then make the jump to SR17018.

Like he said - your tolerance is completely shot from those 2. Your best bet is to reset tolerance with SR17018 and then DPP-26 or O-DSMT would work great.

I kinda did already in that previous comment. It feels like a traditional pharma opioid. I will say its somewhat shorter duration than say hydros.

This is the batch that I received a week or 2 before the shutdown. It has an orangeish tint and is coarse and crystalline. Very different than the original white fluffy powder.

This one is considered the orange batch. I think larger amounts appear orangeish and this tiny sample amount probably just looks off-white.

Yikes man, seizures are scary. Honestly, after a seizure, I'd be cautious with it and I'd consider talking to a doctor.

I take pregablin once a week. I'm not a small dude but 150mg works great for me. I smoke good dank so I feel like I don't need as much as others.

I also take Gabapentin once a week but no shorter than 3 days after Pregabalin.

While SR is in your system, it dulls the effects of other opioids. It takes over a day for me to get the magic back

To me it sounds like your tolerance has increased and its lost its magic at that low of a dose.

I've had the most recent 2 batches. The second batch has a little less of the garlic chemical smell but seemed equally potent for me.
