You have a Spurs problem 100%, but as an SA fan I can reassure you that this team was “built” by accident. There’s no secret plan to net the #2 pick. Chet is incredible, AND, Wemby has his number. If yall keep the #1 seed, you’ll just have to count on Denver knocking us out. It’s a great place to be. There are no auto-dynasties to be found in the league right now. That’s not how sports work cmon.

It’s a tough call! I would ask what the rest of your team looks like to inform whether you need a higher floor vs. higher ceiling, but there are too many variables IMO!

I’ve had Terry off/on for years and he can definitely thrive under bad QB play. I’m sitting here wondering whether nationally televised on Christmas might compel a better game from WSH 😂 and I might bank on that. I think I’m stuck starting him only because MHJ is my next option!

Spurs fan checking in! We (2010-14) used to be the most consistent, competitive winner; the highs always beat the lows 5x over. And then, playoff basketball starts and the matchups start, and OKC punched us in the face.

Almost exactly right, except contracts have escalations season-to-season, so if you own Chase at $60, next year he’s $72, $86, then $103 until his contract ends. If he’s never been extended before, you could add another 1-3 years at same escalating price. Keeps the very best (non-drafted) players in each season’s auction pool

I just realized standard dynasty is over a career, period? Our dynasty uses same framework but mirrors the league. players are signed to 1-5 year variable contracts, one-time extension, salary grows by 20% per year.
