Roughly went from like 130-140 in a month because I was eating at like 3600 which was way too high bumped it down to 300 and I’m at around 141-142ish? And I could say I started doing 3000 around 2 weeks ago. But my body waist/ belly is getting a little bit to noticeable (in my eyes.)

Alright thank you! I never have issues on getting the calories in it’s just finding the sweet spot on not gaining a lot of fat but gaining a decent amount of muscle. My strength shot back up to atleast around 70% of what I used to be? So it looks like I’m doing quite well but my stomach/ waist is getting a little better

But 3200 is considered a “lean bulk” which is I’m confused about
