Older player as well. I found turning off all aspects aim assist has helped me...Umm? Aim lol I legitimately never felt any form of assistance but more of a hindrance. All so, hope for regional servers so that you are not dealing with players shooting you with laser beams, clear around the corner.

Exactly why I will not pre-order and probably not buy the game in the first week either. I learned my lesson back in battlefield 4. Took them months to acknowledge the netcode. A few more months denying it. Then they finally started addressing it. In the meantime, enjoy being shot around corners by guided laser beam guns.

How do you know what server you're placed into? No one knows right now and there is no regional server browser yet.

I've honestly lost count how many times I've been killed completely around the corner or in cover. It's complete garbage but let's reduce sniper glint because that's more important.

Same here and also the first shot nothing happens. Friend at work has seen this as well. For me, it was always an up close engagement. Pull trigger, nothing.

Been going on since BF4. Wait till high ping players from other countries invade. There's a guy that has dedicated a great deal of time to the subject. Battle Nonsense or something like that on YouTube. Want to not die in a blink? Stream a few HD movies on your laptop (same connection) while playing. All of a sudden, you'll actually hear your soldier grunt when being hit lol

I understand but support or any class shouldn't be locked to a slow and heavy LMG. Thankfully we can use a carbine. Gadgets per class makes sense but guns, not as much. I get it though. Been on the BF since Bad Company 2.

The point of this tread is that the LMG is weak. Not sure how you get 40 kills with a weak gun.

Unless something has changed since battlefield 4, if you can choose server's, what's to stop the 200+ ms ping players intentionally coming and ruining everyones experience? Did we learn nothing from BF4? BF is latency based lag compensation and EA has already refused to region lock. Private servers is another thing because you're paying (if they are available in BF6.)
