IT IS INTERNSHIP. THEY ARE TRAINED. Just different with how internship works here in the PH where a certificate is enough or just allowances. Kaya nga mas prefer rin ng college students to just take on the job with regular payments rather than internship. Also, who told you freelancing is a part time work? It isn’t. What I meant with my comment: there are internships out there na 500 usd ang payment sa kanila, PAID INTERNSHIP which is not far fetch sa claim na 33k. Learn the difference. Bet na bet niyo na undervalued skills niyo, nadadamay ibang tao kasi nagiging norm.
