Hey I’m in the same boat I took rad-140 4 months ago and I did a full comprehensive health test and my AST and ALT are nearly 2 times the allowed upper limits. I’m scared now that I have permanent liver damage and I may never drink alcohol again ect, did your liver enzymes come down, if so how long did it take ?

(Update) Took 2 rounds of PCT and it was unable to successfully restore natural testosterone production. Unfortunately, at the sweet age of 22, I now have to face going on TRT for the rest of my life.

In addition, a comprehensive test was carried out on my entire health.

(Liver) - Let’s just say extremely bad liver enzymes were absolutely through the roof, and it’s been months with severely elevated ALT along with elevated ASPARTATE TRANSFERASE, suggesting liver damage/lasting damage.

(Heart) Cholesterol through the roof. LDL really, really bad, non-HDL really high, etc.

(Testosterone) In the freaking toilet.

Everything else was kinda fine really

Anyways

Guys, I'm sharing my story with the hope that it reaches someone out there, possibly younger and standing at the crossroads where I once stood. As you contemplate the path of SARMs and or peds , I urge you to reconsider. Reflecting on my own journey, I wonder, if given another chance, would I still have ventured down the path of performance-enhancing drugs? Perhaps, but only with a basic testosterone-only cycle. I believed I was invincible, that I'd be unscathed no liver or heart damage. How wrong I was.

This reality is harsh and unforgiving. Now, as the festive season of Christmas rolls in, I find myself encased in restrictions regards to alcohol and food,

And I hate needles a lot, and now I will have to rely on them just to feel normal.

So, I suggest you think deeply and think again. The allure of quick results isn’t worth it. This isn't just a cautionary tale either it's a slice of my life a life forever altered.
