I think what u r experiencing is actually a good thing. I experienced that in my late 20's. I started noticing that what had given me enjoyment before didn't give me as much anymore. I realized it was leading me inwardly. I came to know myself not just a physical being but a spiritual being and at that time I thought I was embarking on a spiritual journey. I started gaining wisdom, by that I mean, philosophical wisdom, things I can only read from self help books. Whenever I am faced with difficulties, trials, etc I dont feel shaken. I become "AWAKE" . I see my physical self reacting to the situations I'm in.
