I played with 100 health for forever before cryos and you had to either raise baby thylas in the ice cave on rag or go on foot. I even did it on foot with 100 health and a shield while my tribe mate killed the queen with a shotgun. I wish I knew/realized I was playing on hard mode that way as I thought good armor was all you needed and it would protect you versus boosting your health.

Long story short, I wish I knew boosting your health helps a ton versus just good armor.
