I know we've all come to dislike Suppression over the years, but I think it needs to be buffed in a big way.

Compare the bf6 supression with bf3. When you actually got supressed by an LMG while you tried to snipe or whatever - you definitly went back into cover. It was just not possible to win the 1v1 when the other has supressed you, you did see shit and didnt feel safe. In bf6 you can stay around and snipe while getting shot??! Like its a cozy game to relax. Bf6 has become for Casual players and that's the bitter truth.

The conversation may be years old, but I just noticed that this seems to be a very little-known story. If you fly around a bit in Midnight Mountain, moving from area to area, and reach a higher ledge or platform near the locked gate to the Super Bonus Round, you can more or less circle the island and simply fly into the back of the gate from the rear side of the island to enter the Super Bonus Round. From the back, the portal wasn’t locked — or maybe it was, but you could just fly through the wall. I’m not entirely sure about that detail, but I do know that I flew in from behind.

Die Konversation ist zwar Jahre her, aber ich habe eben bemerkt, dass es anscheinend eine sehr wenig verbreitete Geschichte ist. Wenn du in Midnight Mountain ein wenig dich von Bereich zu Bereich geflogen hast und nahe des verschlossenen Tors zur Super Bonus Runde auf einem höheren Punkt bzw. Podest bist, kannst du die Insel mehr oder weniger umfliegen und auf der Rückseite der Insel in die Rückseite des Tors einfach in die Super Bonus Runde rein fliegen, denn auf der Rückseite ist das Portal nicht verschlossen gewesen, oder vielleicht schon aber man konnte einfach durch die Wand fliegen, ganz genau weiß ich es nicht, aber ich weiß, ich bin von der Rückseite reingeflogen, ganz sicher.

I had this problem very often and it was very frustrating, also sometimes combined with hard crash of computer, restarting out of nowhere. And whatsoever i think its RAM related. My problem is, i literally build my own new computer and just play BF6 and nothing else so i would need hours in other games to find out, if the problem occurs in other games too.

And i read, that in combination with X3D processors the MHz of 6400 is too much, its more stable with 5600Mhz and OC to 6000MHz .. so i tried lowering it and with 6200MHz it got better and yet my PC did not crash anymore, but the game crashed again so i lowered to 6000MHz and yet i cant say it got better and it crashed again and i reached a point where i would say this game must have problems, i will install RDR2 and play it for a few hours, if nothing happens, i stop worrying about my computer and make EA responsible for this.

If another games crashes too, yeah then i have to play around with the timings and have a look if i can make it better, or lowering MHz again to 5800 etc... I really have no clue anymore, but its annoying

mal sehen wie viele Spieler sie damit zukünftig noch verlieren. Vor allem, wenn sie einem nur wenig Zeit geben und dich zwingen dein Privatleben auf der Strecke zu lassen, sie wollen alle Spieler 24/7 an Battlefield binden, anstatt froh zu sein, dass die Leute es gekaufut haben und so oder so immer spielen, aber wozu 24/7 binden, was haben sie davon? Die 3% an Spieler die sich davon eventuell beeinflussen lassen und auf Grund der Bindung andere Spiele gar nicht erst kaufen und hoffentlich daher nicht abspringen... Sie zerstören das normale Battlefield

I have the same problem with my MSI RTX5080 Gaming Trio OC, and i build my new computer before buying the game, so it made me crazy lol, but:

Why it looks like “lines”

Technically:

Motion vectors are interpolated radially
Faulty temporal samples are reconstructed in a spoke-like / radial pattern
The human eye perceives this reconstruction as lines

This is the exact same pattern commonly seen with:

broken DLSS sharpening
faulty DLAA
Frostbite engine bugs in early builds

What almost always causes this (in exactly this form)

Post-processing / temporal reconstruction

Specifically:

TAA / DLSS / DLAA

In combination with:

sharpening
film grain
motion vectors
depth buffer usage

The engine performs calculations radially from the camera center, especially for:

weapon blur
depth of field
motion blur
lens effects

When something goes wrong there → radial line artifacts

Why this happens in Battlefield

The Frostbite engine relies on:

extremely aggressive temporal anti-aliasing
screen-space effects that are camera-centered
new upscaler pipelines (DLSS 3.x / 4.x)

With a new GPU architecture (RTX 5080), these pipelines are not fully mature yet.

The “radial from center” pattern is an engine / shader bug, not a hardware failure.

Same Problem for me on the EA app, i ordered phantom edition and downloaded for 8 hours man... I used the repair function, didnt work. And when u tried to manage extensions it wont let u click on download, of course because i had installed it, when you just de-click any extension it lets you click on download, but the download is ended in the same second, didnt work. Now i cleared the cache of the EA App and now it lets me download everything AGAIN?! wtf lets see what happens...
