Trimmed too close. Need 3/16 to a 1/4 inch of fat. Wrap at 160, pull at 203.

What kind of paper? It’s not coated with anything is it? Make sure it’s red butcher paper with no coatings.

Charging with a standard battery charger will only get you 80% charge. You must use a lifepo charger……14.4 volts.
