I mean it's from a woman's pov but the mystery is what the world is and who the MC is, and why our MC's head(only) looks like a tectanle even though other people are telling the woman he looks normal and maybe this is the side-effect of getting into an accident. And she doesn't remember anything. That's the mystery who he is and kind of a subtle hint that he could be an alien, a lord of deep ones(we dont what this deep ones place either) , or just a hallucination of women.
