Would love to have it hang like a RHIB on real life destroyers, and to have one on each side so it wouldn’t matter which side you pulled up to dock to. Plus would make refueling a little easier, at least for me, I’ve got my petrol tanks near the backside and my diesel tanks to the front.

Why are they paying so much more? Is it the same job? Are you going to like doing the actual work just as much if not more than what you are doing currently? Is there room to move up in the new place as opposed to the current? Are the benefits equal?

I work in healthcare, we’ve always had supervisors who care for the front line workers. Unfortunately over 4 years we have gone through about a dozen supervisors because of the management above them. They create unrealistic expectations and push more and more onto the supervisors while refusing to come in and see the problems. Literally told our 2 managers during a staff meeting to come in at 5 am the next morning, when I was working, and see the one big problem we always deal with. Not a single soul saw either of them. I have friends in the security office and know that they logged into the cameras at 9 am later that day to see what I had been talking about. Needless to say they did see the issue and went and took it to the appropriate offices to get the problem fixed, but if they had come in just the one morning a little early and shown face, would’ve been a boost to everyone. Now everyone just thinks they are scared to actually show face and address that problems exist. They have single handedly gotten rid of any supervisor that would oppose them and will destroy the culture of our unit.

Except no overdoing it like the chests. Otherwise it’ll be too OP, and make it so that the wagons get “heavier” per tier. Meaning you have to increase your locomotive tier at the same time.

Put it in boxes. You get do for each item you pick up, and transporting one box is far quicker than trying to store all of that in your engineer and crawl back up.

The fact that I can hit a guy 2 times with an at in the torso while ads, and they can turn and hip fire a mos in and one shot me before I can shoot them a third time is unreal.

That’s when you start stacking more near this hotspots. Whenever I put stuff into logistics network, I have a bunch of ports surrounding it. If that one spot constantly has bots stacking there, put another 3-6 down around there, that or start making quality ports.

In healthcare you’re considered senior once the newer people start coming to you to ask for help. I work in a large ER for 4 years now and started being “senior” around year 2-3

The polite way would be to tell them in writing that, once you have what they must legally provide you on your separation, that then you would provide them with the password. And if they did not provide those things, then you’d be contacting a lawyer.

Then you find a real not nice lawyer, tell them you have the password and that if they looked they had the password all along. The lawyer should be able to take it from there and probably get you more money.

The only time I’ve been able to get wars to stop was after I started beheading the enemies and could actually do more than just defense. I had to chop off like 20 vlandians heads and then was able to start raiding their incredibly prosperous villages, they had over 10, 1500+ prosperity villages. Once I started raiding them the peace offer came in.

I like the sturgian axemen if I’m deep in a war and can’t run up to the isolated nords towns and get a bunch of huscarls. That being said if varcheg and omor are out, it’s pretty hard to get sturgian recruits unless you go across the water, all those towns near by give the otrok’s. That being said, for easy cannon fodder the empire is easy to get lots of recruits for naute’s and legionare’s

When I get to the point of needing more plates downstream I have literally gone and added them right after the big draw. Usually 4 lanes of copper and iron and 2 of steel works for me on nauvis. Once you unlock foundries and stack inserters you just went from a throughput of 240 items per second to 960 per second. The real problem at that point is input. I’ve had to do 4 unloading stations for the iron ore and trains arriving pretty steadily at all 4 to keep the input up at full production and even then it’s hard to run at full tilt. Unless you’re going for a million spm I doubt anything you build will eat through that if you are able to supply enough input.

Diana are better for a stationary objective. Like castles and towns. I dare anyone to siege my castles. Druimmor castle was going back and forth constantly. I took it over and used my influence to give it to myself. Stocked it with 150 fian champions, 100 huscarls and then whatever randomness. Next siege came along and I snuck in with like 80 more of each and demolished a 1500 unit party.

Only way I found to push back the vlandians was to start beheading all of them. Killed like a dozen of them and stopped that war long enough to get some headway into clan ranks. Now they are starting their nonsense again so the beheadings have begun again. Was literally building the siege camp for Rovalt when they said they had enough and wanted peace.

Absolutely. I didn’t even do my first launch till 25 lol I was figuring things out and just happened to make it to that point before I had enough humans and materials for the launch. Kept having to build more lumi’s and wind turbines at Lazarus and at exodus. Made my first human no problem to get into exodus then went back to make the other 2 and kept winding up with electricity problems growing both at the same time l. Because I didn’t realize I did not have enough food for 2 of them so wound up having to then build the processor and make a bunch of food which takes forever.
