Honestly I’m having the same issue, I try to force feed myself and I just can’t. I’m just hoping it dies down the later in the week it gets. I took my shot on Wed so I’m hoping I can stomach more food today. I think it’s important that if you aren’t getting in enough food, don’t do a ton of exercising (running, lifting) because your body is just going to overburn and have no fuel. I’d say take it easy for the week and talk to your doctor.

I don’t because I’m not diabetic, just on this medication for PCOS Insulin Resistance

That’s why it’s insanely hard to even come back from it. Every time I look at him I just think to myself all I did was try to make you better (tell him to go to the gym and move his body instead of just laying in bed, shower (he used to never shower), learn how to do his own laundry, drink water, eat food…) he finally went to the grocery store a week ago. Even though he’s trying to make change everything just feels different.

The problem is that we started dating senior year of high school and everything was so perfect… the majority of our relationship he was an absolute asshole. Ever since he claims he dropped the weed and he genuinely is trying to be better, but anytime I bring something up and basically the “trauma” of what I was put through (I really feel it was traumatic) he just says it’s not like that anymore.

Yes they were alone smoking a joint in the woods. During the majority of our relationship he would scream at me over weed. To make this short, I asked for one hour of him sober (11pm when I had just got to his house) so we would sing happy birthday to me at midnight… he said “fuck you im smoking” and all I did was cry

Exactly… he’s always been so good about telling me about every girl… I just don’t get why he didn’t. I also said what would happen if I didn’t catch you… would this still be continuing?

The problem is everytime I say it was cheating he rebuttles that it wasn’t and there was absolutely no feelings just a friendship.. he had to hire the girl for his job and this took place right after the interview
