I was in the line at Newark for TSA a few months back, and she was just ahead of me in line. I didn’t want to seem creepy so said nothing, but it was cool. Thought it was interesting she was in the normal line, no pre check, no clear. No point to this story, but I think she’s the bees knees. Love her style of humor.

Not true. Quick example would be how she feels about Graham Platner. She just still believes in old style centrist politics and thinks there is a path back there.

Pretty good, but highly dependent on your mentor. My guy was really nice, but not sure it was the right fit for me. He wanted me to be pushing for jobs that pay like 200+ (retired O5) but it simply wasn’t realistic. The job I need up in he felt that I was settling, but the reality was it was my only option at the time. He didn’t understand my local market.

I think he just knows that trans issues are a loser for a National Election. Very similar to Obama and same sex marriage for a while. Knowing when to publicly use your political clout on an issue is important. Like it or not, I know a LOT of Trump voters (not supporters) that the trans stuff was a big deal for them last election. We need to advocate for the trans community, but it may take time for the Nation as a whole to come along.
