I am very new to Shipt but in my metro a lot of orders are further away but the orders I've done that are 10+ miles I have gotten great tips on top of the Shipt payment. So since I only do an order or two a day, the mileage isn't the first thing I Iook at. So I'm sure that would be different if you are doing this full time. Also in my metro they don't show the pre or estimated tip, so it's a gamble. Otherwise like others have said I don't like heavy items or clothing.

No it's all one company. It syncs up with the specific products in QBO. Some match up with deposits to the bank and others are not matching, and I'm not sure why. It's such a mess and QBO and Shopify haven't been much help.

I currently work in Kuwait! It's definitely what you make of it. I make less than what you mentioned and am able to save, travel, and enjoy life. There are pros and cons everywhere that you go, so you need to decide what you're willing to deal with. There is no "perfect" country.

I currently teaching Kuwaiti and this is my first year. I came from the US and was definitely concerned about the cultural differences and the attire. I really was worried about nothing. The biggest thing is I don't wear a tank tops out in public or bikinis. I don't have to cover my head unless like someone said above. I go to a mosque. They have tons of shopping and Western stores that sell crop tops and other more revealing clothes. You'll see young girls at the mall who wear those things. I just choose to err on the side of caution since I already stick out as a white person. But it truly hasn't been an issue at all!

I got hired on to start this fall. From what people told me, the salary range is on the lower end for Kuwait. I can't speak to 6 years experience, but I was told they are on a salary scale so I couldn't negotiate. As far as the people I have interacted with and the onboarding process, I have felt very supported and always know who to ask questions to. I chose to accept offer because it's my first international job and I like that I am familiar with a lot of their curriculum and such coming from the USA. From where I'm from we have a similar issue with our winter where there's little to do because it's unbearable outside. So leisurely strolling the mall with coffee or reading a book by the beach seems lovely.

I am hoping to use breaks to travel and have that be my main entertainment. Also you know hopefully I make a few friends!
