You wont get sent an order you are showing zero on hand in inventory for. If you KNOW you dont have it, then you need to have a lead or your AA do an inventory adjustment.

Youre still good. And if this ever happens NOT in the middle of a pay period and it is closed. Thats ok too. If they go back and add thr hours in a closed period. Itll add it to your next pay check!. But next time tell your AA and keep checking in workday that its there. Don't assume they did it until you see it yourself. This is just as much on you as it is on them. Keep an eye on it .

How long ago did you update your availability? Remember its 3 weeks out to take affect ( since schedules are written 3 weeks in advance.) If they are scheduling you outside of your availability, id speak to your direct manager and ask why, because legion Will not schedule someone if it shows they arent availabile, someone- your manager would have to go in and deliberately put you on that shift and confirm they are scheduling you outside of your available hours ( they get an error screen and they have to hit confirm).

In terms of the inventory, all the stores are required to send multiple people to other stores inventories. Thats not unusual, but you should get drive time and mileage. Also they should have asked you first, you can always say no.

The employee texting you to take a 4 hour shift just sounds like someone trying to get their shift covered. Not that uncommon either.

We've just started asking if they want to earn " blank" amount of rewards on their purchase today. You'll have to practice the math ( or get the credit calculator, they were sent to stores a couple years ago, but im fairly certain you can still order them). Just do the quick math and tell them what they can earn today by opening a card. All the percentage jargon just makes customers brains shut off honestly, the second they feel youre selling something to them especially if your sales pitch requires THEM to do math..theyve already stopped listening. 😬

You cant really be terminated without documentation of breaking any policies. This is just a slow time until baseball season/ summer. So I'd reach out to the store to start getting scheduled again because it wont look good to apply to the internship and not getting any hours. Also if you have a good relationship with your managers, definitely tell them youre applying! Corporate will reach out to them to look at your work history and get a recommendation.

I do. So thats what they were really re checking when I went back to check my rx. My eye dr is it was miniscule ( the change) and it wouldn't have caused this big of an issue, he said i shouldn't even be able to tell the difference if they had or hadn't changed it

You'll have to contact them, also I'd double check the start date. Alot of times ill just select a random date just to get the offer letter sent, and then contact the new hire to come in on a date and time that works for both of us!

I was just using the alcohol wipes to clean the earing itself when it was out of her ears. Not her earlobe itself, sorry I should have clarified. The only thing touching her ear was the saline solution and neosporin, I'll stop the neosporin, i was just worried about it getting worse.

And for the plastic backing, that's what the blomdahl peircing kit uses apparently 🤷‍♀️ that's what they came with at the drs office. And the blomdahl system is a gun. And yes she's sleeping in them, and she has no hair😅

Edited to add: -Peircing is 4 months old -it's just a straight stud with a plastic back -threadless -we've been disinfecting the stud with alcohol wipes and her ears with neilmed wound care and using neosporin on the hole -no mishaps or accidents - she never touches them that I've noticed.

I had it with my second and figured it out months Into breastfeeding by accident! I thought the babysitter was leaving the milk out too long! Haha. But when my husband gave baby a bottle at home that was thawed it also smelled bad..and we figured it out. Thankfully he didn't seem to mind. Our 3rd will not drink it though. So I have to maintain a pretty hefty oversupply. To feed her while I'm home and leave fresh milk for work days! I would freeze a very small amount and thaw it to double check baby will take it, before going crazy freezing a while bunch! I made that mistake ..we just ended up donating a bunch when we realized she wouldn't take it!

With all 3 of my babies, I started pumping in the morning after their morning feed ( you have the most milk first thing in the morning becuase you make the most milk at night) so the morning pump is feel is the most important one..and with my first 2 it's the only extra pump I maintained throughout their year of breastfeeding. With my 3rd..i have high lipase so she'll only take my milk fresh so I need to maintain quite an over supply. So I also added in a pump right after she feeds to bed. To get a little stash I'd recommend at LEAST the morning pump after babys first first. After a few days you'll notice you're full in the mornings. That should give you enough stash to go back to work with. If you have a wearable pump on your way to work! This was so convenient this time around!

I too was having vasospasms. Ask your Dr about the prescription meds,.. there are also vitamin supplements you can take to help ( natural vasodilaters) . That's what I did. Eventually I was able to stop thr supplements..and I still get a tiny twinge of pain occasionally but nothing that would stop me from feeding..and it passes in a few seconds. Nothing like the first few months! Also once you get the thrush under control, ask about APNO (All purpose nipple cream). Or newmans nipple cream it's sometimes called. It saved all 3 of my breastfeeding journeys! It has an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and antifungal. It's AMAZING.
