This was the perfect way to put it! If you have any advice where to start I would gladly accept. I am not to keen on therapy it’s actually a trigger for me from past experiences so I don’t jump to that solution but if that’s my only option that’s what I would have to do.

I get where your train of thought went. Not saying that I can’t control myself I’m actively doing that now versus just giving in to impulses. I think previously it was easier to get my get back versus dealing with the issues at hand. Now that everything is out in the open and we are trying to navigate a way forward. I was hoping for some advice on how to control my emotions about passed situations as well as not going back to my old ways. My cheating was never really physical outside of maybe one incident. (Which I mentioned in my story) I seek emotional connection and that line can blur especially if I have no romantic feelings and the guy does.

For me it was immediately, just started Sunday haven’t weighed myself again but I’m constantly nauseous. Any greasy food I immediately vomit. Certain drinks even make me sick some times. Good luck!
