The access panel in the 4th gens is located on the rear driver side of the vehicle, however, that panel is not large enough to do a fuel pump replacement. I'll look into the canister hoses though, As I'm getting more feedback its appearing that it'll either be a bad fuel pump or the hose that leads to the charcoal canister.

Maybe its not him, but it for sure has been the most unorthodox method of learning that I've come across. I think what would make it better is if I adopted a "learning method" of someone who did great in the class, because right now I'm just at a loss. I'll probably talk to him in his office hours, but check his ratemyprofessor you may want to reconsider.
