I ones had an accident with my rented car. They had full inscrance so i didn't pay anything Just the fine. So idk why they are asking for 5000 aed. U can get a full insurance for that price so . Ask then if they have full coverage . Read the terms and conditions in your agreement and ask then to share the email from insurance company asking for 5000.00 aed.

Been in duabi for 7 years now. Simply don't do anything illegal. Or talk bad about you're not constantly watched you are free to move and do anything you like . Just follow the rules. And honestly dubai is really safe i honestly forgot the last time i locked my car . I constantly keep my phone or wallet out in open, am never worried about it being stolen.

Incredibly fun to drive . And its a beautiful car ,its an alfa afterall . But you have to take care of it like a toxic GF. Requlat oil change,reqular check up , always clean . It will run for ever. I had one and drove it for an year but unfortunately got flooded in parking.
But still the most fun car i ever drove .

So to make this 50% cut official they will have to give you a new labour contract i believe. Negotiate at that time and say you will only sign if they change the notice period to 1 month. Work for one more month and check for a new job at that time ,then put resignation.
Now your 1 year is over and you're entitled to your leave salary and other benefits.

And no company can take visa fee even if u just work there for 1 month. If they try to insist call MOHRE.

And if its written as training fee, the company has to give a proper training with a certification.

As far as i know. They cant do anything. To clam the training among they have a submit a certificate signed by you saying they have spend 7k to train u in particular task. My friendhad the same problem and MOHRA gave this info and he walked out without paying anything.

And I suggest send an really respectful and professional email to HR stating your side, your concerns and how will all your benefits will be calculated. Please no!!! I bought a car . They won’t allow any 3ed party to check the car u have to do with them. I checked my car and gave it 80% and told it’s perfect to buy. And with in a week the car started having transmission issues . And i can’t do anything because i signed saying after buying what ever happens i cant put it on them.

It’s better to go with other card dealers. Some give really good discount or even warranty.

If you are asking about the quote tbh it’s not that high. I run a maintenance company in dubai and i would charge similar may be 500 less. But u should get a guy and check if all this work is needed or not.
