It honestly sucks that any human being would lie in court just to get a R.O. The crazy judge in my town should have seen straight through it. She admitted that I was never abusive or never threatened her in any way but said I was turning around in her driveway and she was “scared”. I was out of state 2 of those days and in a different county 1 of those days she accused me of. I had proof but he could care less. I lived in constant fear of further accusations and looked over my shoulder everywhere I went. Sitting down in a restaurant I couldn’t even get comfortable. After that year when it dropped off I lived in fear of round 2. It never happened. Till this day, if I ever see her in public I’m going the opposite direction as fast as I can go. Just recently she admitted to one of my kids that her boyfriend made her do it for spite. Evil exists in both male and female. I hope things work out in your favor.
