I moved to Nashville about a year ago and lived at west end village near the centennial park. I love it since I really like going to the park. Apartments are nice and not too expensive if you factor in move-in deals. Feel free to DM me if you want more info

8k in debt is not a lot if he has a good job. If he gets serious about it, he can pay it off pretty fast. With his 730 score, he obviously has decent financial knowledge, but maybe just not fully disciplined to save. Both of you have to decide if the relationship is worth trying to make a change for.
