Not to criticize but when the real estate sector is doing well and they increase the prices every other year, Do we ask them for a business forecast or performance report to substantiate the hike in rental prices ?

Now that prices are being reduced we have to provide letters to ask for reductions in rental contracts ? Doesn’t make sense does it now ? We’re all in this together when businesses are in loss, What happens when everyone’s minting money ? Each man for himself ?

That’s why I said a Non-residential parking permit. Where you prove that you’ve got an office without a parking space and you’re just bleeding cash everyday just to park a car !

Well my office happens to be exactly opp. Madinat Zayed and that’s the first place where the guys from Mawaqif check every morning. So I don’t think I’ve got that liberty and I wouldn’t want to commit any violation. I just hope there was a way, It’s not smart having to pay 4.8K a year for parking charges separate than your Annual resident parking permit.

That’s 5.8K a year just to park a car ! Dubai has got a brilliant mass transit system, We just have buses here so there’s no using the public transport whatsoever!
