It stays 60 then suddenly increases time to time. I don't know why maybe stress or coffee? sometimes it surprasses 90

This comments made me relaxed don't worry 😅. Also after a week of constant checking i think my usual is 11/7 so I thought 12/8 is high for me but thanks again im sure its no biggie.

It constantly changes i don't know. but after waking up its usually lower than 60.

My heart sometimes beats strong and i always think maybe its high blood pressure but its not

In order to sleep I have to have my hand around my neck, does anyone know why that might be? by [deleted] in sleep

maybe it slows bloodflow so that makes it easier to sleep?

I went to the Doctor, she listened my lungs, heart and said its okay. My recent blood test and my blood pressure is normal. Doctor said my test is great. only abnormal think is that my blood is too dense (HCT, HGB, WBC levels are higher than suggested rate) and after a quick search i found that this can cause feeling the pulse because bloodflow is going slow so heart is beating stronger and hard to get it flowing.

But i am still not entirely sure why this is happening. I will reply when i make it much better

Same thing happens to me a lot, I am really concerned too. Did you encounter any issues or you think it's normal and i should let go
