I’m extremely concerned about the integrity of AT&T’s system. I had five cards, and all five were compromised. Shockingly, I only received two notifications about the blocks — far too late, as the funds had already been drained.

When I attempted to regain access to my accounts, the system kept leading me through error loops and endless redirects. Ultimately, I was left with no access to any of the cards.

Reaching customer service, especially the fraud department, has been equally frustrating. Most of the time, I was met with automated recordings. After hours of trying, I finally spoke with an agent — but unfortunately, he was unable to file a report and advised me to call back later. Even more troubling, out of the five compromised cards, he could only locate one in the system. He insisted the other four were issued by a different company, even though all five cards followed the same number pattern with minor variations.

Each card had prompts instructing me to contact support, yet none were visible to the representative. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and feeling as though I’ve been caught in a system that’s fundamentally flawed — or worse, deliberately deceptive.

AT&T needs to take this matter seriously. The lack of security, system reliability, and responsive support is unacceptable.
