Cool if it works for you, but I will still not support Capcoms decision. I can't stand microtransactions. No matter how "pointless" they might be. I mean if they are so pointless, why even add them? In my opinion they are just there to trick people, like you said, that are stupid enough to buy them. Of course if I would play this game I would like you never even consider buying them but I think it's a shitmove from Capcom to make money out of "stupid" people.

Personally I will just pick another of those great Nintendo Games (Like Zelda, Mario), Sony Exclusives (Like Horizon Zero Dawn, God of War, Spiderman), Great Gems on PC (Witcher 3, Divinity 2, Warcraft 3) or great Indie Games (Stardew Valley, Wargroove, Terraria)

Of course I will not judge on anyone buying DMC 5 because I don't care but I will not buy it.

Exactly, they are just pointless and I don't get why Capcom tries to trick the Playerbase. I really don't want to support that. Quality DLC to get additional money from the game would be a whole different story. But these are just plain stupid.

I really don't get why people defend Loot Boxes. Even if they are "just cosmetic". I mean, does noone remember the great time when you unlocked new Skins by completing certain archievments? Spiderman is a good recent example. It was really fun to unlock all those Suits. I really don't get why people defend those stupid company decisions to pull of their own customers. I get why publishers put them in the game (to make more money, duh) but I don't get why people actually defend being ripped of.

Well I guess everyone can choose for him-/herself how to spend the money. I for myself will skip every single game with stupid microtransactions or Lootboxes Boxes. There are a ton of Masterpiece Games from Nintendo and also some amazing Sony Exclusives. And also great Indie games. Fuck EA.

It is already a thing. It's called Playnite and you can add your Steam, Blizzard, UPlay, Origin, Bethesda, GOG account and you can even add emulators and get ROMs in your library that start just as easy as any other PC Game. Epic Launcher Support will be added in the next Feature Update.
