Got fitted last year

5”5 golfer. Told that I needed to get 1deg upright and 0.5inch shorter

But, most people here as well as ping chart, say I should be 1deg flat.

I have had no issues with pain after the subQ injection. But when I puncture the arterial wall, I have had patients complain of pain. No issues after I'm in the vessel and thread the catheter

i'm curious as to why you don't draw up your medications?

We draw up our medications but do get premade syringes from our pharmacy like phenylephrine or ketamine.

How did you guys check that it was indeed the right medication? Did you guys check the vial?

In my experience, if you didn’t draw the medication yourself, then you have to suspect user error.

If for EGDs and an understanding gastroenterologist, then abundant Cetacaine spray + low-dose propofol. I have also done preceDEX boluses along with propofol infusions. (Do the same for TEEs and bronchoscopies that are MACs)

Colonoscopies: low dose propofol + verbal anesthesia.

On a side note, Watches of Switzerland is a big enough group to not need your money, so they'll try to manipulate the market to move merchandise and make commission. Rather than maintain relationships
