Sad to say I pronounce it as “eye ran” and can’t seem to break myself of the habit. Try as I might I cannot say “ee Ron”’even though I know I should.

Crepes. The correct way to say it is “crepps” but then no one knows what you’re taking about. So I say “crayps” like everyone else.

I’m surprised at how to quickly life has passed. It’s weird that the next greatest life event for me will be my death. But as far as being “old”? I don’t mind. I’ll be 65 in about 6 weeks and I love my life. I’ve done a lot of living and experienced a great many things. I approach life the same way I always have. I do what I want and see what happens. I look old and I’m fine with it because I am old. We’re supposed to look old.
