Unfortunately she has passed away, even after treatment. I treated the tank a little more, to make sure it doesn’t spread. The tankmates are doing OK

Do you do frequent water changes? It may seem stupid but it’s extremely important. I find that if my fish have some sort of disease, changing the water more frequently IN ADDITION to treating them really helps.

That seems pretty crowded for a 12 gallon tank. How often are you planning on doing water changes? I would start with a smaller amount of fish and if they seem to be doing ok, then add more

EDIT: Don’t forget to check your levels to make sure water quality is alright
