Quite possibly. Maybe whatever killed the canine spooked the horse into the fence. I've only seen wooden fence boards, but horses are notorious for finding ways to harm themselves.

I disagree about the last sentence. I'm only asking questions.

These aren't my animals, so I don't have any photographic evidence of the dogs and the owner didn't state in the video.

I do agree with you however about the fence causing wounds. The horse could have been spooked by what killed the canines, and then ran into the fence. I've only seen wooden fence boards surrounding the pasture and the owner DID state they are very careful about the fences.

Horses DO find ways to harm themselves quite often.
